Deposit by UPI
- Open the 1GO cashier and choose UPI.
- Enter the amount in rupees.
- Approve the request in your UPI app, or scan the QR code it shows.
- The balance updates, with an estimated credit time of 1–3 minutes.
Withdraw to your UPI ID
Add your UPI ID once under the withdrawal details. From then on, a payout request goes straight to it; 1GO says withdrawals usually land in about 5 minutes, and bank-side delays can stretch that past two hours on a busy day. The Payment Guarantee covers you if it runs long: 10% extra after a 24-hour wait, up to 100% after 120 hours.
Use a UPI ID in your own name — the same name as on your 1GO account — so the payout clears on the first try.
Why UPI suits 1GO
UPI moves rupees between bank accounts in real time, works from any bank’s app, and needs nothing more than a UPI ID or a scan. That is why the whole 1GO cashier is built around it: Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay and QR deposits all ride on UPI underneath.
